Master Data Management (MDM) app allows you to create or assign a master company where all master data is maintained, select the receiving companies within the group and select the data to be replicated (synchronized).

Master data that is maintained within master company:

    • Contacts
    • Customers, Vendors
    • Comments for Customers
    • Customer/Vendor bank accounts
    • Payment Terms Codes
    • Payment Method Codes
    • Currency codes
    • Country/Region Code
    • Zip codes
    • Items
    • Purchase prices of items
    • Units of measure
    • Item Categories
    • Item Groups


Features:·

    • Setup an unlimited number of group combinations of database, company, table, or field so synchronization can be accomplished for different data sets or business processes.
    • Select which tables and fields to synchronize. Usually, you would not want all tables and fields to be synchronized.
    • Replication can be either Automatic (used for tables that are automatically transferred to all companies listed in the List of Companies for Automatic Synchronization.) or Manual (used for tables that are transferred only to specific companies).
    • Keep track of synchronization flows using the synchronization logs and quickly detect and solve synchronization errors and failures using the error log.
